Quo Vadis?

Puzzling at the moment about university selection for next year. I'm with the Open University at the moment, and I'm completing a half-year course at the moment. Assuming I complete it successfully, I have options:

1) A second half-year course. (Degree completion 2008)
2) Two courses worth 1.25 years between them. (Completion 2007)

Or, and this is uncertain but I'm interested:

3) Apply to my local bricks&mortar university, using my current course as proof of previous study/commitment. (Completion 2006)

This last would mean going full time and altering the hours I do at work, but that won't be a problem (for them or me). But it would mean staying here, living with my parents, for the duration. That said, I can't take that option up without my own car, which unlocks all kinds of other opportunities.

Any and all opinions would be greatfully received.

OU sucks. It's out of date and a lot of the courses are boring - the materials can move far too slow sometimes and you never know what you could skip because new things hide.
