The Party
Firstly - thank you to everyone who dropped me a line with birthday greetings yesterday. They were all gratefully received, even if I was too manic/drunk/tired to respond to them at the time. *HUGS* liberally scattered!
I spent a lot of time running around in small circles last night - cooking, cleaning up and so forth - but the results were everything I could have hoped for, providing that![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
stuflyer in particular and everyone in general isn't horribly ill from the food. If you are ill from the drink, come not crying to me. 8)
There was a great deal of comfortable chat until I started flipping through theHong Kong Book O'Kung Britpop Songbook I was kindly given and it was suggested that I should get my guitar out. I did not take a great deal of persuading, and between the singing efforts of Mr Sager, flirtydaz and myself, entertainment happened. My friends, all of you, are lovely lovely people, and I am currently hungover but happy.
