Um, hurrah?
Definitely in the win column: My flatmate is moving to Cornwall to start a new job and be nearer to her fella. That's got to be good.
Not so good: That means I must find somewhere new to live on my own, as I am categorically not ready to deal with being the main renter _and_ being responsible for someone else. The timing on this is not ideal, of course, but it certainly doesn't come as a surprise. So another move, but at least I have 2.5 months notice and time to put some cash together for a deposit this time around.
Shame. I like this place a lot.
