Oh well.

The possibility of going to Southampton University, which I commented on a while back, has now essentially evaporated for this year.

The paperwork which I'd asked for by then only arrived yesterday, and I'd need to get it done by the 12th...it's not going to happen, especially as I can't reach my OU tutor to get a reference. But I'm not worried, for some reason; I can just start the way I should have done, in January of next year, and see what happens then. A remarkable amount can happen in three months...
