A Longer Name, Technically

This hasn't been the best of weeks. An old, stress-related ailment started playing up early in the week, one I'm not about to go into the details of. Blood is involved. So I started wondering on Tuesday, what am I worried about?

And then I remembered. My first half-year OU results were due out on Thursday. And I _really_ wasn't sure if I'd passed or not.

Felt better Wednesday, but was still nervy, tired and quite scared...I'd put a lot of my self-esteem on the line for this, Eng. Lit is what I know I can do. Failure at this point, on a level one course, would mean a complete reboot. I've already done that once this year moving to Manchester. (which has gone superbly well, but that's not the point)

Got home from work Thursday. Checked the relevant webpage. Pass

I swear they heard me scream "YES!" on the ISS...then I started crying. I'm welling up a bit again now...
