"Dan Howells is currently biding his time as a data administrator for the [my area] until the world finally wakes up to his greatness and installs him as its de facto leader. Until then, his polite and deferential tones can be heard at the end of most prison phone calls relating to [area] prisons, and occasionally on the live request line of XFM Manchester. Dan is an old-fashioned, chivalrous gentleman, unless you call him Danny, in which case he beceomes an Old Testament force of vengeful wrath."
