That Was The Weekend, That Was

I could not have enjoyed this weekend any more than I did. This is thanks to everyone I saw, talked to, hugged, was bought alcohol by and generally shared it with.
saintmaryuk, ,
stuflyer &
timpootle were of course top of the list, but it has all now settled into my mind as 48 hours of absolute bliss.
Things I never thought I would do but did this weekend:
Enjoy, due to context, the Bob The Builder album
Flinch involuntarily at a barrage of party poppers
Drink three different varieties of flavoured alcohol before a) 2pm b) eating that day
Breaking my fast for the day with a party tea
Buy a round of 4 drinks in a city centre pub for less than a tenner
Deal with the pseudo-parental unit in a calm and rational state of mind after said unit had pissed me off (thank you again, Supermouse)
Meet several people who I want to roleplay with without being the GM first
Drink all day without getting a hangover
Not worry about eating in a party of thirteen
Watch an episode of Family Guy without stopping to cry with laughter
Find a philosophy book that actually helps one live well (thank you,
hippo22)
Sleep like a log, knowing that life is good and can be lived to the full...or at least being at one with that ideal
I would recommend turning 30 to anyone. It certainly did me a lot of good.
Hugs to everyone!
