woke up at six in the morning.
was at work by seven thirty.
worked through until two in the afternoon.
went for my first counselling session at three.
nursed a single drink from four until half five.
compiled the last few questions for the quiz I was going to do at the Romper, a nice pub.
ran the first quiz I've done since 1995 to a room of about thirty people (including Mary, Tim, JamesS and Darren - yay!)
came back to James, and I just finished my dinner.
Boy, am I glad I don't start until ten.
