Been fallin' over a lot. Told the bosun it was due to the westerlies, b'aint it. Bosun slapped me upside the head and told me to see the ship's quack. Staggered to see him and he told me to risk the sawbones' treatment, and tae keep taking the dried frog pills. 'Tis a hard life in the pirate fleet, arrrrr.

Translation: Since I've been falling over at work again, I've been to see the doctor about it. He's told me that being asthmatic isn't the obstacle to taking anti-inflammatory drugs I thought it was. I'm also to call them on Thursday for a treatment update. He's also advised that, despite my feeling a lot more emotionally stable of late, I should keep taking the citalopram for another month.
